Picture taken on the 1st July 2007 near Fornell, Costa Brava, Girona, on the top a wall, on calcareous rock, coming from another area, flat surface, very exposed, 15 m. altitude.
It is a very common lichen on calcareous rock.
The tips of the lobes are convex, compared to Caloplaca aurantia, that has flat tip lobes and it is bigger.
