| Descripción: | Picture taken during the summer season 2007, close to a small river, at Quérigut, Ariège, Oriental Pyrenees, France, 1.600 m. altitude, in a zone temporary inundated, hydrophilous. Very rare, it has been already mentioned by Dra. Pereira and it has been found in the Central Pyrenees (Lerida). Pereira, I (1992) Flora, vegetación y ecología de los líquenes acuáticos de España. Tesis Doctoral Universidad de Barcelona. Crustose lichen, thallus thick ,large, well delimitated with a black prothallus. Colour very variable from almost white to green or grey. Frequent apohtecia. Filiform conidia (pycnidiospores). Thallus and thalline margin of apothecium K-.
