Picture taken on the 22th December2007 at Lobregat Delta, Remolar and Filipines Reserve, Viladecans, on a fence, with Candelariella vitellina.
Frequent on fences and worked timber. Corticolous, it is an early coloniser of worked timber.
Thallus almost not visible, scattered rounded granules without soredia. Lecanorine apothecia, up to 1,5 mm, crowded, persistent thalline margin , green disc. Margin of aopothecia strongly prominent when young, thick.
Thallus and thalline margin K+ yellow, P+ orange-red.
Psoromic acid present.
