Picture taken during the summer, at Llo Valley, Llo, Oriental Pyrenees, France, corticolous, nutrient enriched place, close a mountain road, 1300 m. altitude.
Foliose thallus, adpresed, large, grey with dry weather. Lobes palmate, overlapping, white-pruinose, lacking pseudocyphellae. Apothecia frequent, 4 mm diameter, disc brown, covered by a coarse pruina, soredia absent.
