| Descripción: | Picture taken during the summertime 2007 near Fornells, Costa Brava, Girona, Catalonia, corticolous, on olive trees and mediterranean forest. It is a lichen that likes temperate climate and it has been found normally close the sea, in Spain, Italy, Turquey, etc. It has been found several times in Catalonia, always in Mediterranean forest, being relatively rare. Foliose thallus, not big, but coalescent. Lobes turning up. Upper part withou cilia, under part, white colour with white rhizina .Very numerous soralia . White medulla. See G. Clauzade & Cl.
