| Descripción: | Picture taken on the third of March 2007, at Santa Fe Montseny, Barcelona, 1200 m. altitude, on Fagus sylvatica. Lichen common, on different trees. Holarctic distribution, very widespread. Relatively rare in Catalonia, preferring humit habitats, at Vall d'Aran and Montseny. Foliose lichen, epiphytal, corticolous, thallus very attached to the substrate, large, up to 10 cms in diameter, brown or brown-greenish, white eroded parts, with bright lobes, up to 3 mms large.
